- 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
Ingredients for Bisquick Mix or Baking Mix:
- 2 cups all-purpose Flour
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ½ tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 tablespoon vegetable shortening

Step 1: Make Bisquick mix for Oven Fried Chicken
Take one cup of all-purpose flour in a large mixing bowl. Then add 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, ½ tablespoon of brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of Cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon of paprika, and 1 teaspoon of salt in a large mixing bowl. Whisk the spices with flour properly.
