Step 1: Wash and Dry Chicken Livers
First, take 1 ½ pounds of chicken livers and cut them into some pieces. Now place the chicken livers in a large bowl and rinse them with fresh water. Cut off all the fat and dark areas of the livers.

Step 2: Prepare Italian Seasoning
