- 1 Cup Shrimp or Mushrooms

Take 2 to 3 cups of uncooked, fresh long grain rice and place it in a medium-sized cooking pan or pressure cooker. Wash the rice with clean water. Then boil the rice al dente. Because while cooking the fried rice, the rice will be perfectly cooked.
