Ingredients
- 3 lb. Boneless and Skinless Chicken breast cut into 5 to 6 pieces
- 2 cups Panko Breadcrumbs
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- Kosher Salt

- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- Olive oil or Canola Oil for Frying
- 1 tablespoons sake
- 3 teaspoons Sesame Seeds
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 cup Tonkatsu Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Ground Ginger
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
Ingredients for Tonkatsu Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons Ketchup or Hot Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worchestire Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- Dry Mustard
- Brown Sugar
- Mirin
- 1 teaspoon Ginger Paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients
Take 2 to 3 lb. boneless and skinless chicken breast and wash it with fresh cold water. Then, slice it into 5 to 6 pieces.
