- 1 or 2 beaten eggs

- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 ½ teaspoon ground parmesan
- 1 Cup of Coconut Oil or Olive Oil
- 1 Cup Buttermilk
Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
The first step is to prepare the main ingredients (Coconut Flour and Chicken) for the cooking. Coconut Flour can be made at home or bought from online and offline stores.
You can also use ground coconut flakes instead. Using Arrowroot powder is optional. If you want to have keto-friendly and gluten-free coconut flour fried chicken, you can delete this ingredient.
