- 2 Red Bell Peppers, diced

- 2 ½ Tablespoons Soy Sauce or Tamari Sauce
- ½ tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Oyster Mushroom Sauce
- ½ tablespoon Chili garlic sauce or Thai Sriracha
- 1 teaspoon Lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Diced Cilantro Leaves
- 1 tablespoon Canola Oil or Vegetable Oil
- 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 2 teaspoons Onion Powder
Step 1: Boil the Rice
First, you need to prepare the ingredients for authentic pineapple fried rice with chicken. better to use chilled, pre-cooked rice. However, you can boil the rice until it is al dente. Take 2 cups of brown long-grain jasmine rice and wash it properly.
