- 2 Cups Water
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Seasoning Salt
- 2 tablespoons Poultry Seasoning
For Poultry Seasoning:
- 1 tablespoon Dried Sage
- 1 ½ tablespoon Ground Dried Thyme
- 1 tablespoon Rosemary
- 1 tablespoon Marjoram
- ⅓ Cup Onion Powder
- ⅓ Cup Ground Nutmeg
Instructions
Step 1: Wash and Cut the Chicken
Take a medium-sized to a small fresh whole chicken. Wash the chicken with clean water. Cut them into 9 to 10 pieces. Or you can have 5 to 6 whole chickens and separate the drumettes from them.
I prefer using skin-on and bone-in chicken for this recipe.
Step 2: Make Poultry Seasoning
